This job involves handling purchases for things like travel, training, and office supplies, while also managing payments, mail, and basic reception duties for a state gaming agency.
It's a support role that keeps operations running smoothly in an office setting.
A good fit would be someone organized with experience in buying items or managing inventory, who enjoys detail-oriented tasks and customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing purchase requests for conferences, associations, memberships, subscriptions, travel, training, and continuing education on behalf of PGCB Board members or employees.
Work involves completing monthly reconciliations of agency purchasing card activity, tracking payment of invoices, and resolving outstanding invoices.
You will also have the opportunity to serve as a backup for Commonwealth Tower building management issues and badge system management. Additional responsibilities include:

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework).
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
