Requirements
As a Print/Mail Production Supervisor in this position, you direct and manage the complete operation of the Support Services Reproduction Section. This includes overseeing the production, packaging, and shipping of time-sensitive publications in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, you will perform specialized work in layout and design of letters forms, reports, booklets, pamphlets, brochures, business cards, programs, posters, maps, and other publications. You are also responsible for providing input for accurate and timely billing and maintain accurate records in order to respond to customer inquiries.Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 7.5 hours per day; 37.5 hours per week.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Work hours and schedule may change based on operational needs.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Print Production Technician; (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year as a Mail Production Team Leader; (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two years of experience in the operation of print or mail insertion equipment or similar machinery used in a print or mail production facility; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- This position requires that you must pass a favorable National Crime Information Center (NCIC) screening for admittance to Fort Indiantown Gap.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Have experience in digital press production printing within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Have experience in mail and/or packaging requirements and regulations.
- Have experience with supervisory oversight of employees.
- Have experience with purchasing regulations and requirements within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Have experience in design and/or working with the Adobe suite within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Be able to lift at least 60 lbs.
