Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing mail operations at a naval base in Cuba, including overseeing the receipt, distribution, and dispatch of US mail while ensuring compliance with postal rules.
You'll act as an expert advisor, train staff on regulations, create policies, and control mail resources to keep everything running efficiently.

You will serve as a POSTAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Mail Facility of Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing the timely receipt, proper distribution and dispatch of US Mail and providing support for other postal services such postal operations, postal inspections and policy recommendation for postal training to ensure agencies comply with postal regulations (e.g.
