This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: The incumbent performs duties as Desk Sergeant on a specific shift assigned to the Directorate of Emergency Services Police Department.
Incumbent is responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing the Desk operations. Who May Apply: US Citizens In order to qualify, you must meet the requirements described below.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Perform law enforcement duties based upon knowledge of laws, statutes, and procedures to maintain order and protect life and property; 2) Collect evidence for use in investigations and prosecutions; 3) Evaluate situations to determine degree or severity of the incident to dispatch appropriate emergency response team.
