Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-8. Master's degree or 2 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves helping with hiring and onboarding new employees for the Navy, such as tracking candidate nominations, updating contacts on their status, and handling initial paperwork for payroll to get them paid on time.
It's a support role in human resources for government commands.
A good fit would be someone organized and detail-oriented with experience in administrative tasks and basic HR processes, who enjoys multitasking in a team setting.
You will serve as a PLACEMENT REPRESENTATIVE of NACC FIELD OFC.
GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience collecting, organizing, multi-tasking, reviewing, and generating documents.
Experience using office automation to produce correspondence, reports, presentations or other requested items in support of the program.
Experience working in leveraging a wide range of technical methods, principles, and practices for analyzing and evaluating the potential of a requested recruitment.
Experience assisting on assigned management studies and surveys related to the program.
Experience using HR tools such as Defense Civilian Personnel Data System and USA Staffing to process personnel transactions.
GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience collecting, organizing, multi-tasking, reviewing, and generating documents.
Experience using office automation to produce correspondence, reports, presentations or other requested items in support of the program.
