Full Job Description

You will serve as a OFFICE AUTOMATION ASSISTANT in the ADMIN OFFICE of NAVAL BASE VENTURA COUNTY.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Receiving phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to requests for information; 2) Preparing documents and correspondence using correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and formatting; and 3) Using two or more types of software, e.g., word processing and timekeeping management, to create different types of documents, tables, and reports.
