Summary

Full Job Description

You will serve as a MISSION SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the OPERATIONS DIRECTORATE of COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU.

GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing mission and operational support by coordinating support activities, analyzing administrative and/or operational data; researching policy compliance, due diligence, and/or risk assessments.

GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

  • You will create and execute multiple OS and SRA activities in support of NSWDG, including but not limited to, data entry, quality control, interagency coordination, policy compliance, due diligence, and risk assessments.
  • You will create, analyze, maintains accountability of, and reviews administrative and operational signature reduction profiles for use by designated Command members.
  • You will analyze historical and current administrative/operational information, and ensures this information is considered in operational planning.
  • You will partipates in assigned training in order to maintain section-level interoperability throughout the entire Operation Analysis Division, including due diligence, analysis and identity management.
  • You will track and progress of all requests submitted to DoD and interagency partners for issuance, approval or concurrence, and communicates any potential issues to Division leadership.
  • You will educate command members through briefings, presentations and emails of proper use of personnel electronic devises and other digital platforms that generate a digital signature.
