Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team in developing, testing, and maintaining electronic warfare systems for the U.S.
Marine Corps and Navy, with a focus on ensuring these technologies are ready for use in military operations.
As a manager, you'll make key decisions on programs that affect defense strategies and help shape long-term goals for the organization.

You will serve as a MANAGER in the Expeditionary Electromagnetic Warfare Division (MXQ), Marine EMSO Capability Advancement Branch (MXQP) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions.
This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-14 Step 10 (currently $163,514).
In addition to basic education requirements, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent grade level) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer or scientist providing administrative/technical oversight on the development, testing, and evaluation of electronic warfare systems for sustainment and readiness of warfare programs for an organization.
