This job involves leading and managing construction projects for naval facilities, ensuring they meet technical standards and timelines while coordinating with contractors.
You'll act as a construction manager, handling everything from project execution to safety enforcement in a military setting.

You will serve as an ENGINEER in the Infrastructure Support Branch, Code 1022 of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV NEWPORT RI. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project.
ND-04 is equivalent to GS-12/13.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-3 pay band (GS- 9 through 11 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer applying civil engineering principles to inspect or evaluate facilities engineering work projects.
Examples of qualifying experience may include proficiency in specialized structural engineering disciplines as it relates to civil/structural, mechanical, electrical engineering, fire protection engineering, or architecture.
