This job involves reviewing and processing applications for companies that want to self-insure their workers' compensation in Pennsylvania, while helping stakeholders with information and ensuring everything complies with rules.
You'll work with a team to handle paperwork, fix issues in systems, and suggest ways to make processes smoother.

As a Management Technician, you will be collaborating with management technicians, accountants, actuaries, and administrative support personnel to process self-insurance applications and annual reports.
You will have the opportunity to serve as the primary contact with stakeholders, providing them with general information regarding self-insurance, the self-insurance application process, and applicable regulations.
Work involves reviewing applications for completeness, entering information into the database, preparing complex correspondence, as well as identifying deficiencies and recommending corrections action plans.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, with the expectation of reporting in-office 2 days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
