We are seeking a candidate for the Management Analyst 1 position, where you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the Bureau of Office Services, Content Management Division.

Requirements

In this position, you will be responsible for Right-To-Know responsibilities in addition to supporting the Agency Open Records Officer (AORO).

Furthermore, you will provide analytical and technical support for the Department’s Records Management program, including tasks related to records storage and retrieval, as well as other associated duties.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week.

    In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.

    If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

  • Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $51,971.00 (before taxes).

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year of experience as an Administration and Management Trainee performing technical management analysis work; or
  • One year of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.


Other Requirements:

  • This particular position also requires possession of a valid driver's license.
