Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-11. Advanced degree + significant experience.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves overseeing and tracking large-scale programs and projects in a naval engineering context, analyzing how well they're performing against goals, and ensuring resources are used effectively.
You'll lead teams, monitor progress, and report updates to leaders and stakeholders to keep everything on track.

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Overseeing and monitoring comprehensive programs/projects/portfolio management; 2) Performing analytical work to determine performance in terms of achieving programmatic goals and objectives and effective utilization of available resources; 3) Managing existing analytical tools and resources to measure and report the status of programs, project, and system execution; and 4) Monitoring and reporting to leadership, customers, and branch team members on the status of work in progress including meeting established milestones and deadlines for completion of assignments, projects, and tasks.
