Specialized experience is defined as: Experience managing a Government Travel Charge Card program. Providing comprehensive support to senior leadership.
Skilled at researching, developing, and implementing policy, offering critical input for decision-making.
Time-in-Grade: Current or former federal employees who have held a GS position in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement.
Applicant must have served 52 weeks as a GS-12 or higher grade in Federal Service.
** The effective date of your SF-50 must reflect that you will meet the 52-week time in grade requirement within 30 days of the announcement closing.

Major Duties:
- Serves as expert planner, coordinator, and advisor for agency policy regarding contingency/mobilization planning/readiness and/or natural disaster activities, within DoW constraints.
- Directs/conducts cost comparison/benefit studies of current or projected programs; develops life cycle cost analyses of projects.
- Receives and maintains cognizance of approved funds.
- Provides support and advice on reprogramming of funds and funding levels due to changes in workload and or mission.
- Serves as Agency Component Manager (CPM) for the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) program.
