MILITARY GRADES: E7-E9, WO1-CW3, O1-O4 COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: **00F, 011A, 01A** GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management.
Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1-year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
Experience analyzing and interpreting policies and the procedures of higher headquarters/management as to applicability to current policies.
Experience presenting and discussing complex matters in a clear and convincing manner. Experience in communicating with people from various backgrounds and circumstances. Major Duties:
