You will serve as a MANAGEMENT PROGRAM ANALYST in the MY NAVY CAREER CENTER (MNCC) N7 (Knowledge Management and Training) of MY NAVY CAREER CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing solutions to military pay and personnel service delivery issues; 2) Obtaining data needed for performance measurement on military pay and personnel services; 3) Analyzing military pay and personnel operational and performance data to determine program effectiveness; and 4) Developing statistical and narrative data to justify military pay and personnel service delivery recommendations.
