You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations Planning, directing, organizing and implementing financial control systems over all supervisors and staff within area of responsibility.

Communicate with various organizations and professional leaders to acquire, exchange, or obtain facts and data needed for policy implementation, establishing new business lines, problem resolution and remediation.

Major Duties:

As a Management and Program Analyst, at the full performance level, you will perform the following duties: Direct, coordinate, oversee, and recommend actions to achieve organizational objectives.

Develop, implement, and monitor management information systems that focus on long- and short-range plans, policies, and programs to accomplish the objectives and priorities.

Plan, develop, and coordinate management briefings, presentations, and statistics to ensure that accurate, concise, and timely information is available to executive management.

Resolve broad, complex, and unprecedented planning, evaluation, control, and resource allocation problems.

Effectively communicate, orally and in writing, and grasp conceptual ideas and exercise original thought where there is a time limit for deliberation, consultation, and evaluation.
