This job involves advising on policies, managing contracts, and overseeing operations for NASA's test facilities and buildings in Cleveland, Ohio, to ensure everything runs efficiently and on schedule.
You'll act as a go-between for contractors and government officials, monitor progress, and help make decisions based on data and regulations.

As a Management and Program Analyst within the Management Integration Office, you will serve as an analyst and advisor to management, responsible for policies, procedures, schedules, resources, procurement, contract funding and contract oversight on behalf of the Facilities,Test, and Center Operations Directorate and the Neil A.
Armstrong Test Facility. You will coordinate the oversight and performance of the Test Facility Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering (TFOME) contract.
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level: Providing contract management support for technical and resources oversight of institutional complexes, test facilities, or campuses to increase productivity, efficiency, or reliability; Evaluating and analyzing regulations and guidelines in areas of expertise such as communications, legislation, business, or the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to provide guidance or recommendations; Collaborating with a team to provide data preparation or analysis to support decision making, reports, and presentations to management.
To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level: Managing contract performance for technical and resources oversight of large institutional complexes, test facilities, and/or campuses with centralized utilities to increase productivity, efficiency, and reliability; Delivering subject matter expertise across multiple areas of communications, legislation, business operations, and/or the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); Coordinating with variety of stakeholders to provide recommendations, data reporting, and analysis to define and support contract related positions to senior leadership.
