Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-11. Advanced degree + significant experience.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves helping to plan and improve how a naval office runs, especially in creating strategies to fight drug trafficking and other threats in the Pacific region.
You'll manage projects, train others on planning, and work with teams from different military branches and agencies to meet goals.
It's a good fit for someone with experience in government or military planning who enjoys organizing complex tasks and teaching colleagues.
You will serve as a Management Analyst at the GG-13 grade level responsible for performing a wide range of complex tasks to develop, analyze, evaluate, advise on or enchance the effectiveness of organizational structres and procedures.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Track and manage the completion of multiple deadlines on multiple concurrent projects. 2.
Conduct strategic planning, policy, and courses of action development. 3. Teach others on the creation of strategy, plans, and policy documents 4.
Prepare and deliver briefs, and write information papers, record messages and other necessary correspondence relating to operational subjects 5.
Serve as an action officer/planner for hosted or coordinated events 6. Develop and author strategic plans with the framework provided by higher level plans, strategy, frameworks, and policy.
