Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Business Department at the Naval Supply Systems Command of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SIGONELLA Italy.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing reporting systems and methods including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation using Microsoft Suite to relay to chain of command and mission partner's chain of command.
2) Analyzing workloads, portfolio reviews, special projects, tiger teams, Continuous Process Improvement events, and data base construction/administration to measure and improve program effectiveness and productivity.
3) Preparing and reviewing internal instructions, procedures, and guidelines concerning business analysis activities and make recommendations for incorporating methods for improvement.
