Full Job Description

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.

FOR THE GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.

Providing comprehensive program, project management analysis and related support during implementation, production, deployment and sustainment platform systems; 2.

Providing oversite of new policies and procedures required for development of requirements; controls publications, documents, and instructions; 3.

Preforming analytical work to determine performance in terms of achieving programmatic goals and objectives and effective utilization of available resources; 4.

Using existing analytical tools and resources, as required, to conduct audits, perform analysis to reconcile property, general equipment, operating materials and supplies; 5.

Leading cross functional teams toward accomplishment of programmatic goals and objectives.

FOR THE GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.

Providing comprehensive program, project management analysis and related support during implementation, production, deployment and sustainment platform systems; 2.

Identifying, financial metrics, program and project progress reviews, and reports; 3.

Preforming analytical work to determine performance in terms of achieving programmatic goals and objectives and effective utilization of available resources under supervision; 4.

Using existing analytical tools and resources, as required, to measure and report the status of programs, project, and system execution; 5.

Leading routinely cross-functional teams toward accomplishment of programmatic goals and objectives under supervision.

  • You will assist in Program Objective; ensuring financial information is gathered and analyzed to lay the foundation for Program Managers to use.
  • You will act as an integrator for the program with multiple product lines, participate in cross functional teams to accomplish programmatic goals and objectives.
  • You will conduct internal program audits, plan, coordinate, and provides guidance and support in the areas of property accountability, asset management, and disposition of excess property
  • You will use analysize, research, researching regulations, and in determining the relationship between guidelines and organizational efficiency, program effectiveness, or employee productivity.
  • You will gather information, identify and analyze issues, and developing recommendations to resolve substantive problems of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a program or program support setting.
