As a Management and Program Analyst, you will implement, coordinate, and analyze a variety of workforce management programs, prepare and provide briefings and presentations, and develop and evaluate guidance.
The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 01/30/2026.
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service.
The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 01/30/2026.
GS-12: You qualify at the GS-12 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have experience performing the following duties: Using a personnel management system to initiate and monitor personnel recruitment, reassignment, promotion, and separation actions in accordance with federal regulations and organizational policies; Providing technical assistance in support of Human Capital Programs, to include position management, classification, and staffing and placement; Coordinating with HR specialists, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate hiring processes; and, Providing direct support to management staff in all matters relating to the application of workforce data management systems and programs.
GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have experience performing the following duties: Analyzing recruitment and staffing data to identify trends, forecast workforce requirements, and recommend process improvements; Presenting briefings, issues, or recommendations both orally and in writing to senior management on staffing program effectiveness, challenges, and opportunities for innovation; Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders-including HR specialists, hiring managers, and external partners-to implement enterprise-wide recruitment and staffing solutions; and, Independently managing end-to-end recruitment and staffing requirements, methods, and procedures.
