This job involves leading a team in managing finances for the Navy's international programs, including creating budgets, ensuring accurate financial reports, and adapting to new laws that affect funding.
It focuses on planning how money is used efficiently to support the organization's goals while supervising staff and solving complex money-related issues.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NAVY INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS OFFICE.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying principles of Department of Defense acquisition programs, regulations, and directives.
Utilizing automated systems tools for development of new methods and techniques to perform analysis and review of finance, budget, and accounting data.
Interpreting and assessing the impact of new and revised congressional legislation on budget execution. Applying functionary budget processes and procedures.
