Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves overseeing Navy engineering programs, managing budgets, timelines, and performance for developing new systems and technologies.

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the PROGRAM OFFICE of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing operational requirements for developing and procuring new systems; 2) Implementing new technology developments and capability in adjudicating highly complex technical, manufacturing, test, logistic support and contract issues; 3) Applying fiscal, contracting and administrative policies procedures and practices in determining major acquisition programs economic feasibility; 4) Utilizing regulations to apply appropriate requirements and risk management processes; and 5) Providing communication management skills with numerous sponsors, and customers, for resolution of complex issues.
