This role involves leading planning and coordination efforts as a management analyst for a naval intelligence activity, bridging the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and research support teams.
The job focuses on building relationships with government leaders, analyzing programs for efficiency, and creating strategies to promote the agency's priorities.
It's ideal for experienced professionals with strong analytical skills and a background in government or defense operations who enjoy strategic communication and problem-solving.
You will serve as Chief of Plans and Actions (GG-14 grade level) performing functions as a management analyst between the Department of Defense (DoD), the Intelligence Community (IC), and the Research and Development Support Activity (RDSA).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS/GG-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: Conducting proactive and on-demand briefings, tours, and site visits of Activity programs and projects to Executive Branch leaders.
Preparing or modifying previous management analyses, assessments, or other products by applying expert judgement and ingenuity in interpreting information and providing recommendations or making decisions that impact the Activity.
Planning, designing, and carrying out programs, projects, studies for the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of programs and operations or the productivity and efficiency of existing processes.
