As a Management Analyst 2, you will be vital in improving departmental functions, overseeing security, and managing video conferencing setups.

As a Management Analyst 2, you will serve in numerous roles to include acting as the fire marshal at the Rachel Carson State Office Building (RCSOB), taking on liaison duties regarding the safety needs of the department, and functioning as the DEP's Radio Telecommunications Specialist.
You will take the lead in overseeing and defining the department's security and access control systems, as well as managing the department's video conferencing systems.
In addition, you will serve as the system administrator and coordinator for the RCSOB/Laboratory/SCRO Annex security systems.
Within this role, you will also act as the Bureau of Office Services Continuity of Operations (COOP) Coordinator, which involves preparing and maintaining the bureau’s COOP plan to ensure there are no disruptions to services or general operations.
This role requires advanced-level administrative expertise, which includes handling a wide-range of facility requests and addressing various issues that arise.
