The Pennsylvania Game Commission is seeking a dynamic Deer Management Assistance Program (DMAP) Manager to lead and modernize a high-impact statewide program.

In this role, you will oversee the statewide DMAP, managing daily operations including landowner approvals, tag allocations, and serving as the primary point of contact for enrolled participants.
You will have the opportunity to lead efforts to streamline and modernize program processes, support consolidation initiatives, and collaborate with internal bureaus to develop policies, quotas, databases, and educational resources.
Work involves engaging directly with landowners and stakeholders to drive enrollment, ensure compliance, enhance program effectiveness, and use data-driven analysis to guide program growth and improvements.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
