Requirements

As a Management Analyst 2, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating data to provide policy and decision makers with crucial information which will be used in planning, improvement, and resource allocation.

You will serve as Inventory Manager of all IBM TRIRIGA inventory data updates and management on behalf of the department to the Department of General Services.

The department's 4,500+ buildings within 658 locations include 11 Engineering Districts, 67 County Maintenance Facilities, 456 stockpiles, 12 welcome centers, 35 safety rest areas, 15 state owned driver licensing centers, a material testing laboratory, a sign manufacturing plant, the Fleet Management Division, two training centers, and other core buildings total more than 8 million square feet.

Within this role, you will oversee inventory and asset management involving these department-owned buildings and building systems, grounds and facility assets, and all infrastructure statewide with a net asset value of nearly two billion dollars.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time.

    In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.

    If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year of experience as a Management Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • Two years of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.


Other Requirements:

  • This particular position also requires possession of a valid driver's license.

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
