You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the WORKPLACE PLANS AND SERVICES BRANCH of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing manpower management, manage-to-payroll review, workforce planning and recruitment and staffing support to an organization's supervisors and hiring managers; Assessing the human capital needs of an organization; Designing, developing and implementing techniques to analyze issues associated with human capital forecasting throughout an organization, as well as developing civilian workforce data trends from manpower and HR data sources; AND Utilizing data sources (e.g.
DCPDS, TFSMS), as well as data transformation tools, (e.g. Power Query, Power BI) to provide leadership with data-driven workforce reports, presentations, and dashboards.
