Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

About the Position: This position serves as a Management Analyst for the Joint Activities located in Fort Liberty, North Carolina. This is a TERM NTE 3 Years position.

analyzing, developing, and documenting force structure requirements using authoritative databases while applying strategic guidance to determine appropriate organizational structures for units of action; AND 2.
conducting organizational analysis to identify and assess capability gaps, risks, and readiness impacts and evaluating how those changes in manning and unit design affect the ability to perform assigned missions; AND 3.
preparing and presenting force structure recommendations, findings, and impact statements to leaders to build consensus and support decisions.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
