About the Position: This position serves as a Management Analyst for the Joint Activities located in Fort Liberty, North Carolina.

Position may be filled as a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade not to exceed (NTE) 3 years a current Army Employee. Only resumes up to a total of two pages will be accepted.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

analyzing, developing, and documenting force structure requirements using authoritative databases while applying strategic guidance to determine appropriate organizational structures for units of action; AND2.

conducting organizational analysis to identify and assess capability gaps, risks, and readiness impacts and evaluating how those changes in manning and unit design affect the ability to perform assigned missions; AND 3.

preparing and presenting force structure recommendations, findings, and impact statements to leaders to build consensus and support decisions.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
