Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.
For the GS-11: You qualify at the GS-11 grade level if you possess one of the following: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in federal service, performing the following duties: 1) Composing correspondence for supervisor's signature in accordance with applicable formatting and grammar standards; 2) Determining budget availability and potential reallocation of funds in order to meet changing mission requirements; 3) Ensuring programmatic projects meet timelines for deliverables for timely completion.; OR A Ph.D.
or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related; OR A combination of successfully completed graduate level education and specialized experience as described above that, when combined, equal 100% of the total requirement.

Serving as a Management Analyst GS-0343-11/12 makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) team and mission.
This position is located in the Technical Training Operations Directorate in Glynco, GA.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide analysis services in the assessment and evaluation of assigned programs.
Typical duties include: Advising the Assistant Director, Deputy Assistant Director, and other key FLETC leaders and managers on methods to acquire, analyze, and interpret data related to workload projection and forecasting, mission support requirements, training operations, evaluations, and reporting.
Conducting detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes within broad administrative or technical programs, and making recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations.
Serving as the lead for daily office administration operations, and providing direct guidance and serving as the centralized point of communication to all training delivery points, ensuring consistency and adherence to directives, policies, and SOPs related to office administrative functions.
Serving as the source of information for all staff, management, and operating personnel on staffing, and manning matters.
Receiving, managing, and administering a diverse variety of projects involving current and proposed directorate strategic and operational plans and programs, long-range planning studies, internal program review and analysis, project tracking systems, resource allocation and commitment, operating agreements with other components and departments, and funding development and justification.
