The Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Management Analyst 1 to join our team in the Bureau of Program Support.
Your work in the Division of Office Services will help us monitor contracts and purchases for bureaus throughout DHS.

In this position, you will serve as the Purchasing Coordinator. Your work will involve monitoring contracts for all the bureaus, the management of consumable items, and purchase orders.
You will provide procurement, commodities, and services support by obtaining quotes when orders are submitted, tracking the shopping cart through the approval process, and ensuring orders are created in a timely manner.
Some of your duties will include addressing questions from the bureaus, confirming items have been received, and resolving payment issues or discrepancies.
Additionally, you will provide guidance regarding purchasing card purchases, as well as determine the best method for purchasing non-contract items.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week as well as any additional times specified by management .
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
