The Department of Human Services is seeking a reliable Maintenance Repairman 2 to help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors at Loysville Youth Development Center.

In this position, you will perform semi-skilled and skilled work in several trades to provide maintenance to the buildings and grounds.
Your work will involve utilizing skills in the carpentry, plumbing, heating and cooling, painting, masonry, and electrical trades. You will function as a lead worker over semi-skilled workers.
Some of your duties will include installing and maintaining plumbing fixtures, steam lines for heating, steam traps, and radiator valves, as well as installing pipe for water lines.
Additionally, you will recommend repair or replacement of equipment, requisition supplies, and drive vehicles to pick up and deliver parts, materials, and equipment.
