The Department of Human Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Repairman 2 to join our plumbing shop team.

As a part of our maintenance team, you will perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades, with a primary focus on plumbing to help ensure the facility remains safe and fully functional.
Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing various equipment and machinery within the facility and on its grounds.
You will repair and paint doors and furniture, as well as complete interior and exterior building painting projects.
In addition, you will operate a truck to transport people, equipment, and supplies and assist with grounds maintenance, including lawn care and snow removal.
This role requires making routine, independent decisions based on established SMRC policies and guidelines, as well as your training, job knowledge, and experience.
