The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Southeastern Veterans' Center is seeking a dependable Maintenance Repairman 2 to repair and maintain buildings, grounds, machinery, and equipment.

As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will perform various tasks in the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, machinery, and equipment to maintain the campus at Southeastern Veterans' Center. Duties will include:
Operating sanders, jointers, power saws, planers, power tool, and hand tools to complete carpentry tasks
Repairing, installing, or fabricating doors, doorframes, temporary partitions, and furniture
Installing electric circuits, wall outlets, and lighting fixtures, as well as repairing and reconditioning fans and motors
Repairing and installing plumbing fixtures, sinks, water closets, fountains, and lavatories; opening clogged waste drains, sewers, and commodes; and installing pipes for steam and water lines
Maintaining and repairing heating lines, fan coil units, air conditioning, and heating units
Performing masonry work for buildings, foundations, walkways, and walls
Making repairs to roofs, flashing, and spouting
You will also determine appropriate work methods and procedures to use and prioritize repairs that may cause significant damage.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
You must be in possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.
