Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing logistics for naval aviation assets, with a focus on overseeing financial reporting, auditing, and property management for billions in ordinance equipment.
You'll track corrective actions from audits, develop policies for asset handling, and ensure efficient business processes in a military sustainment group.

You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Sustainment Group of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Possessing a mastery of the principles, theories, techniques and methodology of accounting sufficient to oversee and manage a complex, large-scale ERP accounting function.
2.) Possessing mastery of management analysis and systems development sufficient to advise and ensure incorporation of sound accounting principles, practices, and procedures in any information technology effort.
3.) Possessing expert knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods, supplemented by a practical knowledge of management theory, concepts and practices sufficient to conduct complex studies to improve effectiveness and efficiency of work methods, procedures, organizations, manpower use, work distribution, delegation of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems and similar functions..
