Serve as Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) Assistant to the Commander for Special Programs (ACSP) and single point manager for all special access programs (SAP).
The SAP positions will support the Working Capital Fund (WCF) by providing security oversight and protection support to all AFSC SAP WCF positions.
The ACSP position will lead the planning, performing, controlling, and closing for all projects assigned to the AFSC Oversight Office, be the impartial liaison/information conduit between Special Access Program Management Office (SAPMO) and the respective Center/CC.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, and abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: 1.
Mastery knowledge of the applicable logistics management principles, concepts, policies, and laws; logistics functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve logistics problems; and all aspects of life cycle integrated logistics support.
2. Extensive knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures. 3. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of a small to medium sized organization. 4.
Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate options. 5.
Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.
6. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.

1: Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the organization, ensuring that logistics management operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
2: Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationship with HQ AFMC offices, AFMC Centers, and other MAJCOMS, Air Staff, other Services/Agencies and DoD Offices.
3: Participates in special logistics management operation projects and initiatives and performs special assignments.
4: Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
