This job involves leading a team to manage the distribution of technical manuals and data for the Navy's aircraft systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets customer needs.
You'll analyze operations, develop policies, train staff on new systems, and solve problems related to inventory and distribution.

You will serve as a LEAD LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Distribution Branch within NAVAIR TECHNICAL DATA AND ENGRG SVC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading, coaching, and mentoring others to maintain the high standards of accurate and authorized technical data availability and customer service to the Fleet and other customers.
2) Utilizing knowledge and experience in leading teams, planning and coordinating work assignments, evaluating mission execution, and providing feedback.
3) Providing experience developing briefs and reports, as well as experience in briefing leadership on topics related to technical data and technical data management.
