Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

You will serve as a LEAD IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN/CUSTSPT) of DDHBAP ASIA PACIFIC CENTER FOR SECURITY STUDIES.
FOR THE GS 12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluate proposals for the acquisition of IT products or services; 2) Conduct analyses and recommend resolution of complex issues affecting the specialty area; 3) Test and optimize the functionality of systems, networks, and data; 4) Identify and define business or technical requirements applied to the design, development, implementation, management, and support of systems and networks Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
FOR THE GS 13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical IT issues; Managing IT investments like a financial portfolio, balancing potential return, fit with objectives, and risk assessment.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
