Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: specialized experience.

Examples of qualifying experience includes: Demonstrates mastery in the development of strategy, policy, direction, and guidance for adoption of Enterprise IT Services, and network design requirements.

Coordinates with applicable SMEs to update policy guiding acquisition, assessment, and governance of IT Networks.

Demonstrates hands on experience developing Enterprise Architecture models, policy, and guidance.

Demonstrates skills establishing tools and procedures to monitor, track, and report progress toward IT modernization Demonstrates stakeholder coordination across applicable Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to build coalitions that advance the adoption of IT strategy and Enterprise Architecture.

Mastery of advanced management and organizational principles and practices, with a comprehensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods for analyzing programs and policies.

Demonstrates skill in determining and developing methods and/or technical solutions for communicating analysis and metrics to different audiences, including senior executives.

Demonstrates strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Experience that demonstrated accomplishment of computer project assignments that required a wide range of knowledge of computer requirements and techniques pertinent to the position to be filled.

This knowledge is generally demonstrated by assignments where the applicant analyzed a number of alternative approaches in the process of advising management concerning major aspects of ADP system design, such as what system interrelationships must be considered, or what operating mode, system software, and/or equipment configuration is most appropriate for a given project.

  • You will serves as Navy’s Lead Action Officer (AO) for adoption of policies and strategies for implementation of Enterprise Architecture across the entirety of the Navy Enterprise Information Ecosystem.
  • You will drive the delivery of holistic network and cybersecurity capabilities to achieve Navy mission outcomes, afloat and ashore.
  • You will advance adoption and use of Enterprise Architecture and Systems Engineering products across all networks, applications, and services.
  • You will provide subject matter expertise and senior leadership on network, system and application design requirements for validation of network requirements.
  • You will perform resourcing, budget and program management activities within the fleet.
