As the Enterprise Intelligence Division Director, you will be responsible for the overall administration, management, and supervision of the Division.
Location of position: Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of Information Technology Category (ITC) - Enterprise Intelligence Division (QT1D) located in Philadelphia, PA, Denver, CO, or Tacoma, WA.

The GS-15 salary range starts at $163,023 per year and is dependent upon duty location.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience directing enterprise analytical or intelligence programs that inform organizational strategy and decision-making.
This includes developing data-driven strategic initiatives or business intelligence frameworks; leading complex analytical studies or operational research that synthesize multiple data sources to assess performance or mission outcomes; translating analytical findings into Senior Executive briefings, dashboards, or strategic recommendations; and providing executive leadership and stakeholder engagement to influence organizational priorities, resource allocation, or enterprise transformation.
Major Duties:
Directs and manages the strategic development of enterprise intelligence initiatives within the framework of established organizational directives; oversees business intelligence and strategic planning through advanced data strategy development, organizational research, and comprehensive analysis of organizational performance and emerging trends; and provides executive leadership in the development of data governance and quality assurance programs and integrated intelligence systems supporting enterprise transformation and decision-making.
Designs and implements integrated information systems, automated analysis workflows, and scalable intelligence tools; establishes methodologies for synthesizing internal and external data sources and structuring strategic studies; and oversees operational research programs assessing organizational effectiveness, process maturity, and mission alignment.
Leads cross-functional teams to translate complex intelligence requirements into actionable strategic initiatives; delivers executive briefings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership; oversees contractor performance and strategic studies; and directs development of executive dashboards, intelligence visualizations, and integrated research supporting organizational decision-making.
Leads organizational data literacy initiatives; develops and implements comprehensive training programs, competency frameworks, mentoring programs, and professional development opportunities; and builds organizational capability in data analysis, strategic thinking, and evidence-based decision-making across the enterprise.
Provides technical and administrative supervision of the organization; plans and assigns work, evaluates performance, resolves complaints, effects disciplinary measures, interviews candidates, recommends personnel actions, identifies training needs, and ensures improvement in the quality and effectiveness of organizational work.
