About the Position: This position is with the Human Resources (HR) Division, Human Capital Management (HCM) Branch, Strategic Workforce Planning Team located at the Mark Center Building in Alexandria, VA.
The Mark Center is the new location for the Washington Headquarters Services of the United States Department of War and a number of other DoW agencies.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12 or above).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
