The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) has an exciting opportunity for an LCB Licensing Supervisor in the Bureau of Licensing, Licensing Systems and Program Management Division.
In this role you will be responsible for the direct supervision of a team of LCB Technician 1s and 2s in the Licensing Information Center.

The LCB Licensing Supervisor requires extensive knowledge of the liquor code, regulations, board policy, and case law, in addition to caseload management, legal procedures, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
It also requires in-depth knowledge of the Bureau of Licensing POSSE and PLCB+ systems and its impact on the day-to-day work process.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to four days per week. This position currently reports to the office on Wednesdays.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

You must pass a background investigation.
An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.
