Requirements

In this position, you will perform manual labor at Fort Indiantown Gap. Your work will involve assisting in landscaping activities such as cutting grass, trimming foliage, and removing debris.

You will also load various supplies and move furniture.

Some of your duties will include setting up picnic areas, participating in snow removal, and assisting maintenance staff with preventative maintenance of tools and equipment.

Additionally, you will exercise safety during work tasks and report all incidents to the supervisor.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Seasonal full-time employment from April 13, 2026 to September 25, 2026
  • Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

Additional Requirements:

  • You must be in possession of a current driver's license which is not under suspension.
  • You must pass a favorable National Crime Information Center (NCIC) screening for admittance to Fort Indiantown Gap.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
