The Opportunity
WSDOT’s Technology Services Division (TSD) is currently seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to serve as a Cybersecurity Project and Program Manager.
This senior IT Project and Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the TSD cybersecurity office is successful in the implementation and execution of the agency’s cybersecurity projects and programs.
In this role, you will lead and support a variety of technology projects within WSDOT, facilitating the planning and prioritization of complex cybersecurity services.
These projects may be complex and span many offices, departments, and entities.
Additionally, this position may serve as the lead in the development and execution of Requests for Information (RFIs) followed by Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the Cybersecurity Department in collaboration with the WSDOT’s Administrative Contracts Office.
This is one of the agency’s senior-level project management positions, responsible for setting standards and best practices surrounding project management.
Our top candidate will be capable of directing multiple medium- to largescale, high-risk, enterprise-wide projects out of our Enterprise Technology Project Management Office (ETPMO) for the Cybersecurity Department or other departments.
