IT PROGRAM MANAGER (PLCYPLN)

Full Job Description

You will serve as an IT Program Manager (PLCYPLN) in the Expedition Enterprise Systems & Services Division, Expeditionary Warfare Department of NIWC ATLANTIC.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NO-05 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and executing program acquisition plans, developing cost estimates, leading and mentoring personnel, and developing risk management plans.

• You will apply, and lead others to apply NIWC policies, processes, and guidelines governing complex IT programs.
• You will develop and execute program acquisition plans to meet cost, schedule, and performance constraints.
• You will develop cost estimates for complex IT programs.
• You will develop and execute risk management plans to meet cost, schedule, and performance for complex IT programs.
• You will lead and mentor team members.
