This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Enterprise Systems Solutions Group (ESSG), Division of Medicare Systems Support (DMSS).
As a IT Program Manager (Data Management/Data Science), GS-2210-13, you will provide technical expertise to accomplish analysis of options and development of the design for advanced data systems, software, and complex programming specifications.

In order to qualify for the GS-13, you must meet the IT Competencies below AND following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: Planning, developing, implementing, or administering systems for data acquisition, storage, and retrieval; AND Leading cross-functional teams (e.g., policy analysts, data engineers, contractors) in executing data management projects to include developing project plans, requirements, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress; AND Providing technical advice or recommendations on the development, implementation, oversight and modernization of existing data science technologies.
