Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You may qualify at the NH03, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A.
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Developing strategies and frameworks for integrating data from various sources, such as databases, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
Exercising data validation and cleansing techniques to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Monitoring and optimizing data integration processes for speed, efficiency, and reliability.
Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for data integration processes, workflows, and configurations.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Major Duties:
As a IT SPECIALIST (DATAMGT) at the NH-2210-3 some of your typical work assignments may include: Perform work necessary for planning, development, implementation, and administration of the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) for the acquisition, compilation, cataloging, caching, storage, distribution, and retrieval of data.
Analyze interface requirements and coordinate with authoritative sources to develop an integration plan to consume the required data.
Assess and address the limitations of methods to deliver data and cleans large, disparate datasets for bulk analysis and import.
Plan and develop acquisition strategies for providing specialized systems engineering and technical services in support of the planning, design, development, database management, implementation, configuration management and maintenance required to develop and manage JTMS data architecture information repositories/databases.
Assess impact of forecasted changes in technology and business requirements on JTMS's long-range IT investment plans and recommends appropriate changes to plan and strategies to enhance JTMS's ability to manage data in a manner that contributes to the accomplishment of JTMS mission requirements.
