Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner. 2.
Works independently to create accurately written, complex products tailored to a specific audience in an easily understandable manner. 3.
Employs breadth and depth of knowledge in national or regional history of military, force structure, equipment, modernization, readiness, and sustainability to appraise and critique significant military capabilities information and analyses; authors/co-authors assessments and studies that emphasize new trends and developments and updates appropriate databases.

Develops and prioritizes analytic questions based on current reporting to refine assessments; incorporates the analytic quality framework to ensure high standards are met for every product delivered to the client.
5. Is flexible and responds in a timely fashion to changing requirements, priorities, and short deadlines. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1.
Experience in providing tailored intelligence support at CCMD, national agency, or military component intelligence center. 2.
Has understanding of the relationships and functions of agencies in the intelligence community and experience working with multiple IC organizations. 3.
Has knowledge of the intelligence planning cycle in support of tactical operations. Major Duties:
