In this IT Tech position, you will be an integral member of the Scheduling Unit team, which is responsible for the day-to-day operations, and handle the interaction with this team and ISO TSO Account Administration team.
This includes implementing the methods of computer operations in order to meet all scheduled deadlines, multitasking, prioritizing work assignments, and handling phone calls professionally.
Work involves configuring and monitoring operation control and cross platform scheduler software, monitoring the mainframe database, and unlocking and resetting account passwords.
Our team will rely on you to act as a liaison between outsource personnel and technical operations staff.
Your keen eye for detail and proactive communication skills will be key for notifying database administrators concerning database issues; notifying distributed system administrators concerning server issues; and notifying application developers and administrators concerning batch issues.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to three days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
